1.Please state information of the quantity,the size(30mm-55mm in diameter),the packing method of the ball you prefer to buy, you may contact our staff by fax or email.We will reply you at our first time.
2.Most of samples are available in the stock, we can send to you but we collect sample charges and this charge will be returned to you when you place order with us,the freight occurred will be for your account.
3.If the goods you need is not listed in our webpage,please provide us your sample or artwork drawings or pictures,which may show us how you want your balls be,we can manufacture to your requirment.
4.For a new pattern,we will collect set-up fee and you can get the charges returned by ordering minum order quantity one time.A customer must pay setup charges when he places orders or asks for sample with a new pattern.
5.Upon your approval of the sample,and place order with us,as practice,our payment policy is : 100% payment in advance by T/T for small order (less than1000 pairs),for the oder quantity exceed 1000 pairs,we prefer to receive 30% deposit in advance by T/T and 70% balance pay by T/T against copy of Bill of lading.Delayed payment usually cause delayed shippment.
